All cards have a $.50 handling fee and ALL CARDS ARE TOP LOADED. All orders have a $5.70 flat shipping fee but FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $40 OR MORE (excluding the $5.70 shipping in that $40 amount). Check out our auction over there as well; it's where all the more valuable cards are! All orders must be paid in advance. We will refund the excess $5.70 paid on orders of $40 or more (excluding the $5.70 shipping in that $40 amount), and we can refund the top loader costs by request. We also can ship via a plain white envelope to drop the shipping from $5.70 to roughly $1-$2, depending on how many cards are purchased. Just communicate ahead of placing the order, please!
